I mastered this album: Katarzyna Podpora, ‘Shitgarden’
I am pleased to present to you the results of my post-production work on the album by sound and visual artist Katarzyna Podpora entitled ‘Shitgarden’. The album was released on 5 October 2025 by the legendary Bocian Records label.

On 3 October 2025, Szara Reneta released the album „Welcome to our abode”, which features an improvised session by violist Benedict Taylor and guitarist Paweł Doskocz.

Concert of field recordings 3: Wabik / Wirmański / Niewiadomska
On 13 September 2025 at 7 p.m. at Spółdzielnia Ogniwo, ul. Smolki 11a in Krakow, I will be playing live as part of the ‘Koncert (z) nagrań terenowych’ (Concert (from) field recordings) series. I will be performing on stage with Asia Wabik and Roksza Niewiadomska.

Defibrylator vol.10
On 23 May, I will play as Goralenvolk at the noise-experimental Defibrilator Fest. This will be the 10th edition of this legendary event.

Ilnicka/Doskocz/Wirmański – live show
On November 18, 2024, a special event will take place at the Betel Club, Plac Szczepański 3 in Krakow. For this concert I will join forces, together with Zofia Ilnicka (flute) and Paweł Doskocz (guitar). The band was created spontaneously.
Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice Conference – Nasłuchiwanie
On October 25, the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice will host a scientific conference „Listening”, which will concern sound in various contexts.
Czas Kultury – aural history
The 3rd issue of the Czas Kultury quarterly from 2024 is entirely devoted to the aural history. The editor of the issue is Filip Szałasek – a music critic and initiator of the „Field Meet” series of conversations and podcasts about contemporary field recordings.
EMITER, „SYMFONIAKI”, OUT NOW
On October 21 was a date of release of the album by Marcin „Emiter” Dymiter, titled „Symfoniaki”. Symfoniaki is a word invented by Emiter and descibes works created in cooperation with visual artists, radio and theater.
MUSIC OF THE PLACE – Sejny
In August this year, at the invitation of the Borderland Center in Sejny, I took part in co-creating a sound map of Sejny – a town located in the Suwałki region. During my week-long stay, I explored the sound atmosphere of the place by recording the audio phenomena I encountered. I also had the pleasure of conducting a sound walk and field recording workshops.
Sanacja
On September 17, 2024, on the anniversary of the USSR’s attack on Poland and the anniversary of the escape of the Polish government and commander-in-chief in the face of aggression by Germany, the Soviet Union and the Slovak puppet state, I published recordings entitled collectively titled „Sanacja”.
Thunder and hailstorm 2
This summer almost every day I receive a message from Goverment Security Center about possibility of heavy rain, thunders, extreme heat or hailstorm. Whenever I have opportunity I try to record these extreme weather conditions.
