One sound a day

From the first day of 2026, I decided that I would publish one field recording per day throughout the year on Aporee Radio, focusing primarily on field recordings made in the Tatra Mountains, both Polish and Slovakian.

I began my adventure with field recordings in July 2017. Since then, I have been recording regularly, both for personal and professional reasons. To date, I have recorded at least 1.34 terabytes of field recordings contained in over 10,000 files. I have not yet calculated how many hours of recordings this totals.

I publish some of the recordings on my Bandcamp, but most of the material I record will never be published in any form.

With the new year, I have decided to publish one selected recording per day on Radio Aporee throughout the year. The recordings will be rather short (up to 10 minutes). As a local patriot, I will usually post recordings from my place of residence and the surrounding areas.

At the same time, I invite you to explore the resources of Radio Aporee, where you will find wonderful sounds from all over the world.
