My name is Maciej Wirmański and I am a sound artist. I create field recordings, music for theatre, radio plays, art galleries and museums. I’m a sound designer, music producer and composer. I usually generate sounds using unusual objects and methods. I play live shows with noise music and soundscape DJ sets. I work as a boom operator, sound mixer and UTS in the film industry. I am the founder of Szara Reneta – a label dedicated to experimental music and field recordings. I live in The Tatras on Slovakian-Polish border.
